September 24, 2025 @ 12:00 PM Central

Join Gavin Henning, professor at New England College, and Anne E. Lundquist, the Director of The Hope Center for Student Basic Needs and assistant professor at Temple University, to explore how faculty and assessment administrators can use assessment to meet institutional goals for inclusive excellence for all students. Presenters will share insights from their scholarship in equity-centered assessment and discuss how the current landscape may necessitate some shifts in language, given that the goal of improving outcomes for all students has never been more important. They will focus on strategies for inclusive assessment in learning outcome development, curriculum mapping, assignment design, rubric development, and course assessment.
