From Chaos to Cohesion:
How Community College of Philadelphia Transformed Assessment
November 12, 2025 @ 11:00 AM Central
When Community College of Philadelphia set out to strengthen its outcomes assessment practices, they faced major challenges—fragmented systems, inconsistent processes, and faculty skepticism. But through a collaborative, faculty-first approach and the adoption of Insights for Canvas Outcomes, CCP built a unified, transparent assessment framework that supports accreditation, drives curriculum improvements, and empowers instructors with actionable data.
Join this webinar with CCP's Assessment and Evaluation Manager, Lizzie Gordon, to hear their journey firsthand, including the strategies they used to build grassroots faculty engagement, the lessons learned from their phased implementation, and how they are now leveraging Insights to spark meaningful conversations about learning. You’ll leave with practical takeaways you can apply on your own campus to make assessment both sustainable and impactful.
